Convert Lotus Notes Emails to Outlook Express

Browse Lotus Notes NSF File

Browsing or selecting Lotus Notes Database is the first step to export Lotus Notes to Outlook.

Click on Browse Button to select Lotus Notes Database.

After Clicking Browse button following screen appears:

Select the NSF File and Click on Open Button and then software displays following screen:

Scan Lotus Notes Emails

Then click on Start Scan button to start the scanning of selected NSF file having Lotus Notes Emails as in the screen below:

Lotus Notes to Outlook Express will start scanning the selected Lotus Notes Database for emails as show below:

As soon as the software completes scanning process, software will prompt following alert box:

Click on OK and proceed.

View Lotus Notes Emails

After scanning the Lotus Notes Database, software will display whole Notes Email Database including all folders such as Inbox, Drafts, Sent, Follow Up, Junk Mail, Trash and all the sub folders as shown below:

Export Lotus Notes Emails to EML File

After selecting few Lotus Notes email folders or selecting whole Lotus Notes Emails, Click on Start Conversion button from the above screen.
After converting Lotus Notes Database NSF File to Outlook Express EML file the software will display you the saving location of Folder having all EML Files with its migration date and time.
Now go to the location where you have saved the Outlook Express (.eml) files. Software will create one folder at the location where you saved it.
Open the folder, Software creates all the folders such as Inbox, Drafts, Sent, Follow Up, Junk Mail, Trash and all the subfolders just as they were in Lotus Notes earlier.
SysTools Lotus Notes to Outlook Express recovers the same folder structure from Lotus Notes. But still there left minor differences in folder hierarchy. Software creates all sub folders in its root folder with its name changed according to folder hierarchy just to ease browsing of .eml files for users.
